2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 Infrastructure & Development

• Institutional Infra: Custom setup of WhatsApp chatbots, RCS communication systems, and SMS API gateways for educational institutions.
• Municipal Digitalization: Data digitization services and automated citizen notification systems (water supply, tax reminders) for municipalities.
• Customization: All communication infrastructure is customized to the specific needs of the school, college, or local body.

3. PAYMENT & PRICING

• Pricing for infrastructure setup is project-based and outlined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ongoing API usage (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS) is billed according to current carrier and platform rates.
• All payments for infrastructure setup are non-refundable once the deployment phase begins.

4. DATA PRIVACY & DIGITIZATION

We prioritize the security of institutional and municipal data. During digitization projects, data is handled according to strict confidentiality protocols and is never shared with third parties without explicit authorization.
